Hi there! I’m Ram Rallabandi, and I am obsessed with all things data science. I’m driven by a passion for utilizing data to solve complex problems and a desire to learn and improve continuously. I love impactful work, especially using data to drive business decisions. Here’s a question from me: When was the last time you thought about data-driven insights into your business? I think about it daily as a Data Scientist with an MBA and Engineering degree. In other words, I use my data analysis and machine learning skills to extract meaningful insights from data by utilizing statistical techniques and programming languages. I recently completed a Data Science Bootcamp to enhance my skills. Since March 2023, I’ve been a Director @EZOFIS. It’s my job to ensure that data is used effectively to drive accelerating business growth. Before this role, I was a B2B Account Manager at Canon Canada Inc., where I spent 3.5 years building relationships with customers and driving revenue for the business. This work resulted in a 30% increase in sales. In a nutshell, I am a results-driven professional with a strong background in data science and business development. Professionally, I’m motivated by the desire to make a positive impact, continuous learning and a thirst for innovation. As a result of my work, I’ve been recognized by Canon for my contributions to the business and received the President Club Award in 2020. These achievements are indicative of the work I put into making data-driven decision-making better. Outside work, I recharge by reading books on data science and machine learning or travelling and being close to nature. What I appreciate about my job is being able to pursue my personal goals and professional passions with equal enthusiasm – honestly, I think it makes me a better data scientist.
