Hello there! I'm Ram, a senior at BITS Pilani, set to graduate in May 2024 with a major in Mechanical Engineering. My passion lies in the fields of Supply Chain and Business Analytics and I'm eager to make my mark in the world of analytics and operations. During my time in college, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Department of External Affairs for our annual student-run technical fest, APOGEE. As the years passed, I steadily climbed the ladder of leadership, moving from an executive member to Aarohan round two head, then Event Management Lead, and finally gaining the responsibility of Joint Coordinator. These experiences honed my ability to coordinate teams and manage events effectively. In addition to my academic pursuits, I've been actively involved in research projects, exploring fascinating subjects like refrigeration, Smart city planning, Supply chain, and sustainable manufacturing. I'm always eager to stay ahead of the curve, keeping a close eye on the evolving trends in startup culture and embracing the advancements brought about by Industry 4.0. Currently, I'm pouring my heart and soul into a venture close to my heart - Nutshell. It's an agritech platform that bridges the gap between farmers and processors, enabling direct trade at regulated prices. The goal is to promote sustainable agriculture practices and empower both farmers and processors. I'm incredibly proud of the diverse team of college students that we've assembled, and we've already received multiple awards and recognition for our efforts. This is just the beginning of my journey, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
