I'm a Principal Product Manager - 15 years in tech, most of it deciding what gets built, for whom, and why, on enterprise software used by large organizations. That's the day job. Evenings and weekends, I build things myself, using the same AI coding agents I write about as Agent Guy Ram. Before product management, I was a full-stack developer, so I've shipped code as well as roadmaps. I've built across very different products: a multi-tenant SaaS platform for sports academies (bookings, payments, membership billing, GST invoicing), websites for local businesses like a hospital in Vijayapura, and AI agents for small businesses, including a WhatsApp lead-qualification agent I'm building in public right now. I'm curious by default I try new tools and models on real projects, keep what holds up, and share what I learn.
