Joined a startup as Product Lead, worked directly with the founder, drove 25% revenue growth, closed strategic partnerships, migrated an entire cloud infrastructure with zero downtime, and saved the company ₹1.2L by negotiating a GCP waiver after a critical incident -> without throwing my junior under the bus. Now I'm at Masters' Union, building towards Founder's Office and Chief of Staff roles -> and along the way, helping others navigate their own non-linear journeys.
