I own the product strategy and also deliver it across four engineering workstreams. KEY WORK • Platform migration: moving ~2,500 users from scattered tools onto one case-management platform, cutting cost and headcount needs • Self-serve platform: launched a tool that let teams replace Excel-based processes (about 60% of the org's work) with reliable tracking and reporting • Operator analytics: built clickstream analytics that show how people actually work, used to spot automation opportunities, alert managers, and train AI agents • Ops assistant: product owner for an internal tool used by 12,000+ people • Regulation: led a major workstream for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) MY JOURNEY • 2016: Joined Amazon India in operations • 2017–18: Owned B2B credit for Amazon Business india. •2018-2022: Moved to an engineer role building Productivity tools for internal team at Amazon.
