Payment & Service Terms

Scan the QR code and complete the payment. Once the payment is successful, upload a screenshot of the payment confirmation here. If you have any questions, you can ask them in the designated section. Otherwise, simply enter and submit the date on which you made the payment.The reason we have added a requested QR code instead of accepting payments directly through the Topmate platform is that Topmate charges a high commission on payments. To avoid these high commission charges, we have provided the QR code for direct payment.

Payment Terms

• Service fee paid in full before each support cycle begins
• Third-party costs (software, subscriptions) paid directly by client
• Payment via bank transfer or UPI only
• Installment option: 50% on 28th, 50% by 30th of month
• No direct cash payments accepted

Service Flexibility

• Plans can be upgraded at any time
• Downgrades apply from next billing cycle
• All prices exclusive of GST
• Monthly summary of tickets shared
• Extra services billed separately with approval

Important Notes

• Domain & Server Support Coverage: Premium plan covers configuration and troubleshooting, not domain/hosting purchase costs
• Extra Services: Any services or tasks beyond what's mentioned will be considered extra and charged separately
• Third-Party Subscriptions: Software and application subscription costs are not included
• Monthly Reports: Premium plans include monthly summaries of all tickets and support visits
• Proposal Validity: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date shown above
