I’m glad I decided to book a session with Raksha. She patiently answered my questions about DIPR, various places I could apply to for research experience, PhD, jobs and we also talked about having faith in our capabilities and not under selling ourselves. Great session :)

About me

Hi! I'm a Psychology researcher and educator with a non-traditional non-linear career path. From being an IGNOU postgraduate with a nearly 3 year academic gap to securing one of the top ranks in UGC NET-JRF and qualifying GATE, working as a full-time Assistant Professor & as a Research Fellow at DIPR (DRDO), I am now living my dream- as a PhD scholar at IIT Roorkee. Because I’ve actually lived through gap years, “wasted attempts,” distance education, and starting late, I understand both the emotional side (fear, shame, confusion, comparison) and the practical side (degrees, exams, profiles, and pathways) of rebuilding a career. I now mentor: 1. Psychology students (distance and regular) who want structured guidance towards exams, higher studies, research, and applied roles 2. Ex-aspirants and career re-starters who want to turn their gap years into a coherent, credible story and strategic roadmaps. 3. Students standing at specific crossroads and struggling to make pivotal decisions (MA vs job, NET vs industry, distance vs regular, etc.). If any part of my journey resonates with you and you’re struggling with similar challenges, you don't have to do it alone. Book a session now and let us work it out together!
