Hi, I’m Raksha Shinde — a Data Analyst, Problem Solver, and Builder passionate about transforming data into intelligent, scalable solutions. Currently, I work at Amazon as a Business Analyst where I design and automate analytical systems using SQL, Python, and AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift) to deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive global business impact. My work focuses on improving localization, translation quality, and operational efficiency across multilingual seller support platforms — enabling better decision-making and measurable improvements in performance and customer experience. Previously at Circle K, I led analytics for in-store promotions, designing and optimizing campaigns based on real-time customer purchasing behavior and live sales data. By integrating data-driven insights into promotional strategies, I helped tailor offerings to customer needs, improving engagement and driving measurable sales growth across multiple U.S. and Canadian business units. With a Master’s in Business Analytics from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business . My expertise spans data pipelining, KPI design, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement — all grounded in a strong commitment to quality, clarity, and innovation.
