At Homeppl, I spearheaded the development of 'guarantid', a novel rent guarantor product empowering tenants by eliminating the need for costly upfront rent payments. Prior to that, I helped secure funding from the European Space Agency for a feasibility study at Arup, focused on developing an AI-powered Earth Observation platform to provide an automated, data-driven methodology for environmental impact assessment.
