Leadership Readiness (soft skills)

These sessions are in dept and will prepare you for a leadership role within your organization by leveraging the power of 1-1 conversations and assignments focused on topics like people management, communication, mentoring, conflict management, motivation, and decision making. The recommended pace of of this program is 12 months (60 mins per month), but can be condensed to 6 months.
