Many people think coaching is only for CEOs or for people in crisis. It isn’t. Coaching is a structured conversation that helps you think clearly, see your options and decide your next step. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll ask the questions that help you find your own answer.

People usually come to coaching when they want to:

• Decide on a career direction or make a role or domain change
• Feel confident in a new role, such as a first-time manager
• Be heard and taken seriously by seniors and stakeholders
• Manage priorities, workload and decisions without feeling stuck
• Get through a life or relationship transition that is affecting work

What happens in 15 minutes:

1. You share where you are and what feels stuck (about 5 mins)
2. I explain how coaching works and what it could look like for your situation (about 5 mins)
3. We decide together whether a full session is a good next step (about 5 mins)

What this call is not: It is not a full coaching session, so we won’t solve your whole situation in 15 minutes. It is a first conversation to give you clarity on whether and how coaching can help.

There is no pressure and no obligation to book anything after. If it’s a fit, you can book your first full session at a special first-time rate. If it isn’t, you still leave with a clearer picture.
