I'm Rakesh Kumar Sharma, a seasoned Senior Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 5.5 years of extensive experience in predictive modeling, data analysis, data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding within the eCommerce and finance domains. Professional Background Currently, I am working at Innovaccer (since January 2024), where my primary focus is on migrating data from Postgres to Snowflake. Prior to this, I spent over three years at Milkbasket (Reliance Retail), where I supervised a team of junior data analysts and made significant contributions through building dashboards and streamlining processes. One of my key projects involved developing a regression model that significantly reduced wastage and improved stock availability. Before joining Milkbasket, I was a Data Scientist at ADF Data Science Pvt. Ltd. Here, I developed and implemented predictive models to solve business problems for a financial institution, including building a credit risk machine learning model. Education I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Dhanbad (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
