121 Coaching - Discovery with Rakesh Nair

As a leader, the day we become aware of our unlimited potential is the time for us to chart on a journey of discovery.

A Coach helps us on this exploratory journey by helping define our destination, clarifying our direction, exploring means to get there and most importantly, committing to action.
