I’m a seasoned program management professional with over 15 years of experience, in the Telecom industry. I have witnessed the industry evolving from 2G to 5G and managed projects, valued at up to 100 million dollars, across the globe. Currently employed as an Associate Program Director at LTIMindtree, I am responsible for managing the deployment of 5G core (SA, Model -D) projects in countries like Australia, Singapore, Ethiopia, Taiwan, Qatar, etc for Tier-1 operators. Previously I’ve successfully planned and deployed multi-vendor IMS networks (~400 Mn capacity) and worked with OEM partners like Nokia, Mavenir, Genband, Dell, EMC, NetApp, CISCO, Juniper, VMWare, & Oracle, etc. Some of my key successes in recent years include: • Executed, managed, and delivered a 50-million-dollar project related to 5G (SA, Model-D) • Reduced costs by around 2 million dollars by skilling up the resources • RFP response preparation with support from cross-functional teams • Authored VMware certified professional 6 exam guide (exam 2V0-642) • Successfully demonstrated LTE & IMS network capabilities to lawful agencies and received the go-ahead from Indian LEAs (Law Enforcement Agencies) for roll out of services across 14 telecom circles • Successfully delivered planning and deployment of multi-vendor IMS network with a capacity of 400 Mn subscriber base During weekends, I am mostly occupied in career mentorship sessions, reading & listening to podcasts.
