Co-founder at GetHyr, where I build product & engineering teams for startups and place leadership hires, including roles at HFT firms and hedge funds globally. I've screened hundreds of resumes and sat on the hiring side of the table for VP/Director/CXO searches. On Topmate, I bring that same recruiter's lens to individual job-seekers — resume reviews, interview prep, and career positioning, based on what actually gets someone shortlisted (not generic template advice).
