With over 19 years of IT leadership and domain expertise in life science and consumer healthcare, I am a Product Group Lead for Quality and EHS at Reckitt, a global leader in health, hygiene, and nutrition. I manage the business partnership, demand management, solution design and architecture, program and project management, technology strategy and roadmap, IT service and delivery management, and vendor management for the overall quality and EHS portfolio. I have a strong track record of delivering enterprise systems and technology solutions across R&D and SQRC functions, such as regulatory affairs, compliance, safety, and pharmacovigilance, across multiple geographies and regions. I have also been instrumental in driving the digital and data-driven technology transformations for Reckitt, enabling business value, process improvement, and innovation. I hold an MBA from ISB, a MCAD from Microsoft, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Mahindra Satyam. I am also a NEXT100 CIO 2023 winner and an active chapter lead for ISB Alumni Association in Hyderabad.
