She pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation technology from CSIT, Chhattisgarh. Soon after graduation, Rajni embarked on her professional journey, beginning with a teaching position at the Government Polytechnic College in Korba. During her tenure, she developed innovative teaching methods, organized various college events, and achieved outstanding results in her subjects. After gaining experience as an educator, Rajni decided to transition into the human resources field. She began her HR career as an HR Executive with Aohua Mobile India Private Limited (VIVO India). After that, she worked with different organisations in HR profiles. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys singing Indian music and has performed at various cultural events.
