Q: Do I need Excel or any paid software?

A: No. It works in free Google Sheets. An .xlsx copy is also included for Excel 2016 or later.

Q: Does it connect to my Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart seller account automatically?

A: No. You download the PO from the platform portal and paste it in. This takes about 2 minutes per PO, and nothing connects to your platform logins.

Q: Can I add more platforms or SKUs?

A: Yes. Add them on the Lists tab and they will appear in the dropdowns automatically.

Q: How many POs can it handle?

A: Formulas are pre-filled for 300 PO lines. To add more, copy the last row's formulas down.

Q: I'm a distributor handling several brands. Will it work for me?

A: Yes. Add every brand's SKUs to the Lists tab. You can also keep one copy per brand.

Q: Is my data safe?

A: The file lives in your own Google Drive or computer. The creator never sees your data.

Q: What is the refund or support policy?
