• 14+ years of total experience in valuation profession • Experience in leading projects through all stages of the life-cycle of a Company and different industries/sectors • Worked on common stock valuation engagements (IRC 409A/ ASC 718), purchase price allocation (ASC 805), fair value measurement (ASC 820), carried interest valuation, goodwill impairment testing (ASC 350/360), valuation for embedded derivatives (ASC 815), due diligence valuation, REITs valuation, developed financial models for fintech industry, and turnkey projects IRR evaluation • Familiar with databases such as S&P Capital IQ (Comparables and transactions search), ktMINE (royalty rate search), Factiva, Thomson Reuters (Industry write-ups), Tagnifi, and EIU (Economy write-ups) • Expertise in preparing narrative report on the valuation performed which includes writing Company Overview, Industry Overview, Economy Overview, and details about the valuation approaches/methodologies • Motivated team leader with strong communication, team management, project management, and client handling skills • Well versed with MS Excel based monte-carlo simulation models and developed other statistical modjels • Well versed with US GAAP and IFRS regulations pertaining to financial reporting • Pursuing CVA (US)
