With over 12+ years of experience in the software industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who specializes in quality assurance, delivery management, and test automation. I have built and managed teams from scratch, set up effective processes, and worked with multiple product development teams across different domains and geographies. Currently, I am the Head of QA at ZETWERK, a platform that connects global manufacturing businesses. I am responsible for influencing quality-driven developments, working with ten dev teams simultaneously, handling customer issues and data change requests, and building automation and test strategies. I enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders, disrupting and streamlining processes with technology, and creating a data pipeline for an AI-based revenue modeling platform.
