As a Program Director, Project management excellence office at Bosch Global Software Technologies, I am on a mission to unlock excellence in every project in our division, Vehicle Motion (VM). With over 20 years of experience in embedded SW development, I have successfully managed multi-cultural, multi-geographical, and multi-technological programs that deliver safety and quality solutions to our clients. I am also passionate about business excellence, project management, and coaching. I hold a PMP certification from PMI and a Bosch Certified Project Manager from Robert Bosch Kolleg. I am a certified EFQM assessor and a TA101 Transactional Analysis practitioner. I train and coach engineers and project managers on quality management, risk management, and agile practices. I use unique techniques to fast-track their learning and sharpen their skills. I love reading, traveling, trekking, and motor biking.
