Career Strategy Session 1:1 with Dr. Rajesh Nair

Your next move should build on the experience you already have. In this focused session, I will help you assess where your strengths fit, compare realistic role directions, and identify the gaps that matter most for your next step.

We will discuss your current position, target roles, and constraints, then prioritize one career direction and the actions that support it.

You will leave with a practical 30-day plan for strengthening your profile, networking, and preparing for opportunities.
