I was born in a small, dusty village in the heart of South India. My journey began as a door-to-door sales executive. At just 17, I went house to house selling fire extinguishers to support my family and pay for my education, earning less than 100 rupees (1 USD or £1) a day. Those early years taught me to listen, adapt and the power of persistence. Yet, each night, I would look up at the stars and ask myself: "Can someone like me ever build something the world uses?" "Could I one day work with the technologies I read about in borrowed magazines and second-hand books?" Determined to change my future, I juggled multiple part-time jobs while studying computer science. I still remember the adrenaline rush of resolving the first production server crash, followed by a 36-hour shift. From there, I grew step by step. At Accenture India, I handled backups for hundreds of servers, became a global expert, and won several ACE Awards for my work. That hunger to learn and led me through pivotal roles at IBM, Cognizant, Prodapt, CMA CGM, and eventually Accenture UK. While at IBM, I led global delivery operations and received the Global Innovation Award for redesigning infrastructure delivery. It was here I truly understood that leadership is not about titles - it’s about taking responsibility and creating clarity in chaos. During my time at Cognizant UK, I led a transformative 2PB migration from tape to AWS. In 2021, I rejoined Accenture UK, this time driving cloud and data transformation for clients like Nationwide, Vodafone, and Deutsche Bank. Mentorship & Social Impact: Beyond the office, I devote time to mentoring in cloud, data, and AI through partnerships with the University of Great Lakes, the University of Austin, and other platforms. Many come from humble beginnings like me, and I love supporting their growth. To further extend that mission, I founded the CANdles Foundation, an initiative focused on improving access to education in rural Indian villages Personal Passions & Philosophy: Outside of work, I’m a marathon runner and trained martial artist, disciplines that ground me in resilience, clarity, and consistency. I also authored "Reset & Revive", a guide on midlife transformation and purpose.
