Time will tell how the dot in the past connect and where it leads my career. Jan'22 A mini sabbatical, paying self and family time to take a break. Oct’19 to Dec'22 My journey at Herald Logic and Wonderlend Hubs was with the perspective “To jump high, you need to take a few steps back, run up and jump.” Instead of online course, I took a role to re-skill, connect to latest technologies and become more hands on. Lead young teams that built a multi tenant micro services platform, delivered large volume LOS, matured DevSecOps practices, moved to cloud only infrastructure with a Zero Trust solution and as CISO lead both companies to ISO 27001:2013 certification.   Jun’17 to Aug’19 Fungised was a Journey from a Leadership ensconced in security of a large corporate to an entrepreneur bearing the brunt of the market, went almost Bankrupt!! Fungised solutions was the result of my urge to give back to society. A journey of positive impact on Customers, Society and Environment. This experience transformed me to an entrepreneur. Learnt 360 degree of running a business.   Aug’06 to Jun’17 - Socgen was a journey of Leadership in complex environment, large teams and delivering transformation. In a span of 11 year, worked on digital transformation strategies, process re-engineering and off shoring. Got exposed to complexities of disparate technologies, products and domain. Managed large teams, delivered multi year transformations with great leaders across Europe with satisfying outcomes.   Apr‘99 to Aug’06 At Mphasis discovered the roles I thrive in & what drives me. Took on many roles and realised I love to deliver products / solutions as compared to only architect them and let other teams deliver. Realized I thrive when along with teams I deliver with my leadership and technical skills. Mphasis taught me the benefits of processes. With 5 years in New York, gained from multi-cultural environments. Learnt a lot!!   Apr’ 94 to Mar ’99 Grew from a rookie to a decent programmer at Byzan. Byzan made me a good programmer who understands systems internals and appreciate delivering value to customers. Did exciting work delivering cutting edge online banking (before internet era). Developed equivalent of a browser (personally lead by me), we built the encryption algorithms, transport layer modelled on TCP/IP and Gateway to route traffic. The best start for a career!!
