I have been associated with multiple startups for the last 12 years of my career. To maximize my learning, I always looked forward to more challenging roles & responsibilities from the previous one. Some of my major achievements & actions which reflect my credibility & beliefs, 1. A small-town boy securing 22nd rank in the 12th UP Board 2. Passed IIT JEE exam with 1876 rank 3. It was not a great start in my professional journey as I ended up doing support work on my first job. Learned everything required to become a developer including C, C++, Java & J2EE and became Java/J2EE developer 4. I joined my first startup as a 12th employee which is almost a unicorn now 5. I left this startup after 3 years at the peak when I was performing exceptionally well and joined another one as Head of Engineering to build a team from scratch & revamp the whole product. Unfortunately, the startup got shut down due to funding crunch 6. A few months later joined a new startup as a CTO & Co-founder. This was the biggest test of all my 
knowledge & exposure I had gotten in the last few years as I was the only one who had to handle all the backend development including deployment. Learned NodeJs, iOS, AWS..etc in no time. In 2 years, we grew up to 15 clients with 3.5k-4k rides per day generating 25 -30 lakhs of monthly revenue 7. Along with my core work, I constantly keep updating myself with the latest technologies as in the last few years I have taken extensive training on Data Science, Big Data & Hadoop and AWS architecture..etc. Very recently I have learned Python & Django framework 8. Though I did not go to any management school, I thought to validate all the leadership principles learned practically in all my previous startups by completing the ISB ‘Stepping into Leadership’ course
