I am a seasoned engineering leader with roughly two and half decades of experience building world class engineering teams with a strong culture for engineering and operational excellence. Driven by being able to impact lives positively using software. I currently head BukuWarung engineering with roughly ~140 engineers spread across India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore. I spend a lot of my time actively mentoring folks at all levels from engineers, all the way up to directors within the company. I also work as a tech advisor for startups. My career has been shaped by world class companies Microsoft, Google, InMobi, Flipkart, Ola. Constantly look to go over and beyond. I will remain Bangalore based for the forseeable future. Areas of interest - soa, distributed systems, advertisement, fintech, ecommerce, anything new.
