This is not a lecture. It's a level-up session. Every time you book, you move one level up the AI Enabler Ladder and you don't just listen. You build one real, working thing before the call ends.

I am Head of Architecture at a global enterprise software company, leading AI-first transformation across a mission-critical 911 public safety platform. For three years my actual job has been getting real teams to adopt AI under real security and compliance pressure. I use the same method with you, scaled down to one person.

The AI Enabler Ladder

Level 0 — AI Curious

What AI actually is, in plain language. Why ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini answer differently. Why AI sometimes states nonsense with total confidence, and how you catch it. You'll build: your first five prompts that actually work for your job.

Level 1 — AI User

The difference between a bad answer and a great one is almost never the tool it's what you gave it. Context, examples, a role, constraints. Plus how to repair a bad answer instead of retyping. You'll build: a personal prompt library for the tasks you repeat every week.

Level 2 — AI Power User

Custom instructions, projects, file uploads, your own documents, voice and images. This is where people stop saying "AI is interesting" and start saying "I got four hours back this week." You'll build: one repeatable workflow that removes a recurring task from your week.

Level 3 — AI Builder

Your first real AI tool. Connecting AI to your own data — RAG, explained without the acronym soup. No-code agents, and where the line sits between what you can build alone and what needs an engineer. You'll build: an AI assistant that answers questions from your own documents.

Level 4 — AI-First Professional

Putting AI end-to-end into a real process, the way I did across an enterprise delivery pipeline. Including the unglamorous parts: where AI must not be trusted, what stays human, and how you prove any of it worked. You'll build: an AI-first version of one real process you own at work.

Level 5 — AI Leader

Getting a team to adopt AI is a different problem from using it well yourself. Governance, security, data privacy, resistance from your best engineers, and the ROI conversation with leadership. This is my day job. You'll build: an AI adoption plan you can put in front of your management.

How every session runs

1. Check in (5 min) — what you practised, where you got stuck. We start from your reality, not a syllabus.

2. Teach the level (15 min) — plain language, real examples. If I use a term, I define it first.

3. Build it live (20 min) — you share your screen, we build one working thing together. You keep it.

4. Next level (5 min) — homework, free courses, and a clear statement of the level you just reached.

What you get after every call -

  1. Free courses, hand-picked genuinely free ones (Elements of AI, Google, Microsoft, DeepLearning.AI, Hugging Face), matched to your next level. Not a dump of fifty links.
  2. My working prompt templates: the prompts I actually use at work, ready to copy.
  3. One thing you built : working, saved, and yours. By session four you have something you can show in an interview.
  4. Written next steps : you never end a call wondering "so what now?

Book this if you are

  1. A student or professional who feels the AI train is leaving without you
  2. A developer who wants to build AI systems, not just autocomplete code
  3. A manager who has to bring AI to a team and needs a real plan
