My journey is a testament to the power of determination and strategic innovation. Starting with just $100 in my pocket, I self-financed my education through grad school in the U.S., laying the groundwork for what would become a remarkable career in entrepreneurship and business development.

Over the past two decades, I've played a pivotal role in creating and scaling four companies across the Benefits Administration, Human Capital Management, Healthcare Services, and Technology sectors. These ventures have achieved impressive milestones, including growing from inception to over $10M+ in annual revenues, escalating a company from $600K to $60M+ in ARR, and expanding another from $60M to a valuation exceeding $300M. My hands-on experience in raising and managing venture capital, coupled with my strategic involvement in driving growth and facilitating lucrative exits, underscores my expertise in navigating the complex landscape of startup development and expansion.

With more than 25 years of experience, I've not only founded and invested in several successful ventures but also mentored countless emerging startups. As a consultant, I specialize in tech-enabled services, operations, and growth strategies for startups and mid-size firms, offering invaluable insights into turnaround management and scaling businesses effectively.
