He is Master in Disaster Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and having experience of 1 year in the field of Disaster Risk Reduction, He has successfully work on joint project with AIDMI, UNICEF, Osmanabad Collectorate, and Pune Municipal Corporation including preparation of village level Disaster management plan and District level Drought Mitigation Review. Recently he is working on Raipur DDMP with child centered and women centered Disaster risk assessment in the formulation of Raipur District Disaster Management Plan with community level consultation in several village in Raipur as well as one to one consultation in all line departments in Raipur. He has also conducted and facilitated trainings on school safety and School Disaster Management Plan at Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Recently, he has actively worked in situational analysis of Comprehensive school safety programme in Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat.
