Rajat is currently part of the Strategy Consulting team at Accenture Strategy, within the Global Network – Product Strategy group for the Life Sciences industry. He joined Accenture Strategy after completing his MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi (Batch of 2023–2025), where he also served as the President of The Consulting Club. In this role, he led initiatives that helped numerous students secure offers from top-tier consulting firms and co-authored the publicly available official FMS Casebook for consulting aspirants. Prior to his MBA, Rajat worked at ZS Associates as an Associate Consultant in the Business Insights & Analytics practice. Over 2.5 years, he partnered with Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and healthcare clients across the US and Europe, focusing on go-to-market strategy, opportunity assessment, forecasting, product positioning, customer segmentation, and demand estimation. His work was driven by a strong analytical foundation and deep expertise in turning market research into actionable business insights. Rajat is also the co-founder of Ingenium Consultancy, a student-led consulting initiative that brings together top talent from IIMs, IITs, and Delhi University to support billion-dollar enterprises and high-growth startups. He is also associated with Impact Consulting Ltd. as a Strategy Consultant- supporting start-ups, non-profits, and social enterprises on a pro bono basis. Outside of his professional pursuits, Rajat is passionate about fitness and holds a CPD certification in fitness training. He regularly mentors MBA aspirants and professionals, offering guidance on consulting case interviews & national level MBA entrance exams- CAT/XAT/PGDBA.
