Salesforce Release Management: I regularly review and analyze the three annual Salesforce releases (Winter, Summer, Spring) to ensure our organization stays up to date. Documentation: I am responsible for documenting domain-specific content and collateral in line with Salesforce standards and methodologies, supporting both our current state and future state architecture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, Enterprise Architects, and Partners to develop and maintain a cohesive Salesforce ecosystem that supports our organization's vision and goals. User-Centric Development: I prioritize user-centric software development to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction. KPIs: I monitor and improve key performance indicators. Problem Solving: I analyze, design solutions, and coordinate with Salesforce to address issues within our dynamic environment, always aligned with our business processes and requirements. Technical Management: As the technical manager, I oversee various Salesforce architects, both in-house and from vendors. They report to me to address any technical challenges and seek my approval before implementing new solutions. Vendor Coordination: I review SOW language with VMO and Partners. Industry Trends: I share insights on trends and tools.
