I started at CGI India in 2015, learning delivery excellence and client trust. Those lessons shaped how I work-focused, accountable, and outcome-driven. Working with teams from 19+ countries taught me to lead across cultures and align people in complex settings. In the UAE, I moved into strategy, advising CXOs and turning business problems into actionable roadmaps. At Accenture Strategy, I lead cross-market projects, mentor consultants, and build collaborative, high-performing teams. For me, strategy is about results, not slides. I focus on data, empathy, and trust to drive real impact.
