I manage products... with a human touch! My first corporate stint was with Saint Gobain Glass as an intern. I was responsible for driving a loyalty program to increase the penetration of premium products by more than 80% in Tier 2 & 3 cities in Gujarat & also received a pre-placement offer. Thereafter, I continued as a product manager where I had the opportunity of leading a highly passionate 23 member sales & marketing team. I was involved with creating a new adhesives category from scratch that we were able to scale up into a sizeable pan India business in about 3 years. After staying in various cities for my education & work, I eventually moved back home to Bangalore. I worked with Buhler Group where I was responsible for Global Product Management of the rice processing category. I am now the Director of Marketing & Product Management with IDEX corporation of the Paint Dispensing business. My role involves developing the product portfolio through digital transformation while expanding the brand reach & engagement through marketing communication in a highly diverse & cross-cultural environment. Music was my first love. Outside of work, I am also a professional keyboard player & have performed with several bands & choirs for over 22 years. I also love writing & have been able to find the sweet spot between music & writing through the composition of songs right from school days.
