I got around 4.5 years of experience in the data analytics domain with industry expertise in banking credit risk and retail market analytics. My highest qualification is B.Tech. In banking credit risk analytics I take care of credit risk analysis about the customer journey getting business insights and reporting about account origination, account performance collections and recovery. I have been using the programming language SAS SQL Python towards accessing managing and manipulating data for designing business insights .For reporting and visualization I'm using excel tableau and Power BI. Before this I have been working the retail marketing analytics domain where my role and responsibility was towards at the customer transaction data, identify the customer analytics vs product analytics and making different strategies toward retaining customers engaging customers and enhancing customer user behavior for more profitability. To do this day-to-day activity using DBMS programming SAS SQL and for visualization Excel and tableau.
