A Chartered Accountant who has qualified in Nov 2020, passing all the levels in first attempt, also having degree of Bachelor's in Commerce (Honours) from Ramjas College, Delhi University with an experience of articleship in Statutory Audit profile from Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Responsibilities at Deloitte includes: - Analysing the factors (internal and external) affecting the enterprise -Identification of risk of material misstatements on the basis of RCM. - Testing of Design, implementation and operating effectiveness of Internal financial controls - Variance analysis. - Checking statutory compliance of applicable laws and regulations - Substantive testing of details, - Audit of financial statements including balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, cash flow statement and notes forming part of financial statement - Conducting limited review as per requirement of SEBI.
