I am a Research Fellow working on advanced electron microscopy techniques at INL Braga, Portugal, in Prof. Paulo Ferreira's group. I worked as a joint postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Doron Aurbach's and Prof. Gilbert Daniel Nessim's groups at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. During my postdoc, I worked on stabilizing high-voltage cathodes for LIBs. I also worked on CVD synthesis and microstructural characterization of 2D transition metal tellurides. My Ph.D. expertise from Prof. Gilbert Daniel Nessim's group at Bar-Ilan University includes the CVD-based synthesis of ultrathin 2D TMDCs and their heterostructures and analyses using extensive characterization techniques. I am skilled in 2D crystallography, gas-sensing & energy storage (LIB) applications. I am proficient in developing novel synthesis techniques and identifying structure-property relationships using advanced electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and related surface investigations. I have experience integrating layered materials into innovative devices for miniaturization and electrode coating techniques.
