Had a very constructive discussion with Rajan. He analysed my situation carefully, and gave proper actionable items to work on. His opinions and tips were eye opening. We discussed over navigating multiple offers, negotiations, and moving in an upward trajectory in my software engineering career. Highly recommend booking a session with him !

About me
I am a dev, a software architect, a DevOps, and a manager.
My Superpowers:
1. I can architect complex solutions for important high-impact problems. Curiosity is my fuel, skills are my tools.
2. I love cloud, and AWS the most. I am capable of spinning up infrastructure from scratch, scaling applications to meet the needs, and most importantly building applications in the most modern way by leveraging the cloud.
3. I can write scalable, efficient, and beautiful code in two major languages (Python & Javascript) and use the capabilities of any relational and non-relational database that exists today.
4. I can manage products and people. I am capable of pioneering and running excellent engineering practices. I can help you answer customer RFPs and get compliance certifications (SOC2, Pen-testing, etc).
Techstack:
I have written 100s of REST APIs and AWS lambda functions. I admire the power of Microservices, Containerization, and Serverless infrastructure.
Backend is <3
1. ExpressJS and SailsJS (Nodejs)
2. Django and Flask (Python)
Databases:
1. Relational: Postgres, MySQL
2. Non-Relational: MongoDB, DynamoDB
3. Cache: Redis
4. Graph: Neo4j
Cloud:
AWS: EKS, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, Codepipelines, Kinesis, MSK (Kafka), SQS, Event Bridge, CloudFormation, and many more.
My normal day at work involves:
- Writing REST APIs, services, algorithms, and whatever it takes to make the product better every day.
- Managing my small but awesome team. Making sure everyone delivers the best.
- Design and draw system architectures and a lot of brainstorming with the geeks.
- Managing product infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Help plan the product roadmap and scrums.
- Conducting interviews and inviting new minds to build the future.
If you are solving an important problem for the world, I will be glad to be a part.
