Phase 2 — Structured Configuration Configure the core Finance modules the way a delivery consultant does — with purpose and governance. Covers GL, AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Budget setup with real-world parameter decisions and configuration documentation standards.

Phase 3 — End-to-End Execution Run complete business cycles in a live D365 environment. Execute full Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles and understand how transactions flow, depend on each other, and impact financial reporting.

Phase 4 — Documentation & UAT Learn the delivery artifacts that separate a professional consultant from a system user. Prepare structured FRDs, lead Fit-Gap sessions, build UAT traceability matrices, manage test cycles, and validate data migration readiness before go-live.

Phase 5 — Go-Live & Stabilization Own the most critical phase of any ERP program. Cover cutover planning, opening balance strategy, go-live execution, hypercare governance, and post-go-live support — the phase where most implementations succeed or fail.

By the end you will face clients with confidence, write FRDs, lead UAT cycles, plan cutover activities, and think like a delivery consultant — not just a system user.
