Professional Career Counseling

Career counselling is a process which involves an initial phase, a middle phase, and a termination phase. During the initial phase, you and your counsellor develop an understanding of your needs and concerns related to your career. The Middle phase is when the psychometric assessment and analysis take place to identify suitable career options based on aptitude, personality traits, learning style interests and hobbies, etc. The termination phase involves the execution plan, the roadmap, and recommendations of courses and universities for the chosen career. There are periodic reviews to check the efficiency of the proposed plan and if further intervention is required.
