For over 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of policy, technology, and large-scale public delivery systems—designing infrastructure that converts intent into measurable outcomes. My career began in banking automation and early e-governance rollouts, leading regional digital transformation initiatives across public sector banks and government service platforms. I was closely involved in structuring bid frameworks, franchise infrastructure, and distributed service models that laid the foundation for scalable digital governance. I later led national-scale distribution architecture, directing the establishment of 12,000+ Common Service Centres across nine states and scaling 14,000+ financial inclusion centres. These systems enabled citizen access to banking, e-governance, and assisted commerce services at scale — backed by structured SLA governance and commercial viability models. In public health transformation, I contributed to national Direct Benefit Transfer digitization, impacting 60+ lakh beneficiaries. This included workflow redesign, secure DSC-enabled payment systems, monitoring architecture development, and large-scale digital capacity building across multiple states.
