Product Management and AI Expertise Hello! I'm a product manager with close to 7 years of Product Management experience and close to 6 years as an engineer working on research and development projects. I specializing in data and machine learning and user experience design to achieve strategic goals. I currently lead a team at Delivery Hero, a top online food delivery company, where I focus on a portfolio of AI products and strategy and the user experience of Home Screen. Professional Experience: • Leadership at Delivery Hero: I have set up and scaled 5 teams at Delivery Hero that works on artificial intelligence projects, aiming to make our app easier, more personalized and more enjoyable to use. Additionally, I also lead the all-important Home Screen Squad that responsible for creating an amazing experience on app open. • Creating User-Friendly Products: I have set up teams and led teams to make our services more personalized and efficient. This includes improving recommender and ranking systems, dynamic pricing/incentivization systems, and how we group/segment our customers for better service. • Diverse Industry Knowledge: My work in machine learning and data has spanned several areas, including food and grocery delivery, fashion technology, travel booking, and matchmaking services. • Engineering Background: Before moving into product management, I worked in research and development, including a project with the Indian Space Research Organization to develop India's most advanced weather prediction technology. I have published one paper in international journal and earned a patent for developing an innovative technology for radars. Education and Learning: Business & Engineering: I studied business at the Indian School of Business, one of the best schools in the country with a dual majors in Marketing and IT Strategy. In addition to that, I have an engineering degree in electronics and communication engineering from BIT Sindri. Continuous Learning: I keep updating my skills and knowledge in areas like data science, machine learning, and advanced product management through courses from Coursera and Reforge. My Approach: I enjoy coaching new product managers and working with different teams to create products that really help our customers.
