I like to tie things together into a cohesive, scalable strategy, and then get to work making it happen. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, but also like to make sure my work adds long-term value and will do the right analysis to make sure it does. Indian by birth. I’ve worked on the ground in more than 20+ products and services projects delivering new business models, yet, I still can’t understand Spanish after decades of trying. I’m borderline obsessive about Growth and spend 20% of my time lurking around in Sudha Murthy's books, ambushing unsuspecting people, and planting highly measurable growth tactics in their resistant minds. The other 80% - I take care of my companies projects, focused on building value through engineering teams, and doing it all heart on sleeve. I was privileged to work on Strategic Planning, Customer Capabilities, Product Development, and Solutions. I ran product partnerships and worked on various elements of the growth stack at few of most disruptive startups, where I helped set up scalable processes and led SEM/SEO, offline marketing, loyalty, email, and conversion; Built strategic partnerships for my firm. If I’m not working or pranking my friends, I'm probably on a trek or watching Netflix :)
