About me

With twelve years of experience as a resilient long-distance runner, I’ve embraced the sport's life lessons to overcome various personal and professional challenges. Driven to cultivate and forge impactful partnerships in the arts and culture industry, I am excited to be part of the World's largest Film Festival : Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), where I collaborate with some of Canada's most esteemed brands. I strongly believe in the power of storytelling to inspire and connect communities, being dedicated to leveraging corporate partnerships to amplify diverse voices in cinema. With a strong background in corporate partnerships, I thrive on creating mutually beneficial connections between brands and properties. In the past, I represented Momentum Worldwide's sponsorship consulting team to drive impactful sponsorships for leading brands. Leading Chevrolet's sponsorship marketing portfolio, encompassing major investments in soccer (MLS Canada, Toronto FC, Vancouver WhiteCaps, CF Montreal), hockey (Hockey Canada), and motorsports (CTMP, Area 27). On an international scale, I've managed significant sports sponsorships valued between $50-55 million, spanning International Cricket, European Football, and emerging properties like the Indian Super League, Pro Kabaddi League, Ironman, and Pinkathon. I'm a Chartered Marketer (from the Canadian Marketing Association) and hold a post-graduate degree in Brand Management from the prestigious institution : MICA (Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad). My previous roles include media marketing (sales), advertising (planning), and sports retail with leading organizations such as Hindustan Times, Contract Advertising, and Decathlon Sports India. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring diverse cultures, conversing with people, and sampling local cuisines. I am a strong advocate of the idea that ‘Things happen for a reason.’
