As part of Rocket Learning’s Founder’s Office, I serve as the Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), working closely to strategize and execute technology-driven solutions. My role as a Solution Architect allows me to oversee and drive various technology functions, including IT, Cloud Services, Platform Engineering, Backend Engineering, Data Engineering, and AI/ML. My focus is on ensuring seamless collaboration between the tech, product, and operations teams to foster agility and achieve the organization’s vision of “A world where all children reach their potential.” I worked as an Engineering Manager or Technical Product Manager at Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT Fibernet), India's largest Non-Telco Internet Service Provider. Starting as a Management Trainee after my Masters, I was part of the Techno-Management Leadership Development Program (TLDP), which enhanced my cross-functional understanding of business operations. I managed the entire Software Development Lifecycle for critical employee-facing applications, impacting the day-to-day operations of over 7,800 employees. In over three years, I’ve led 61+ automation initiatives, reduced operational load by 70%, and ensured a consistent 99.99% uptime. Additionally, I am the founder of FailTell, a social initiative that redefines the approach to failure by empowering individuals through inspiring stories and personal growth strategies. With a focus on resilience, FailTell aims to guide people at crossroads in their lives, helping them turn setbacks into stepping stones. Beyond my professional commitments, I have a deep curiosity for new technologies, startups, and innovative ideas. I love exploring different cultures, meeting new people, and trying out diverse cuisines. Music is my go-to escape, where I find joy in listening, vibing, and humming to my favourite tracks.
