Hi, I'm Rahul, a data analyst by profession and a storyteller at heart. Ever since my childhood, I was always intrigued by stories and the value they provided – the hero's journey through various obstacles to ultimate success. During my Electronics graduation, our team leveraged robotics and storytelling to showcase our Autonomous Drone System, which earned almost 4k views on my college YouTube channel within three days, making us the runners-up for the most popular project. In my final graduation year, I worked for an NGO, where we recruited talented students and professionals for Social Media Marketing, HR, and Sales. This was my first time working with data, and using my storytelling skills, I helped attract interns by narrating the Vision & Mission of the NGO. However, I did not stop there. My passion for data and the insights it provides led me to delve deeper into Data Analytics and Visualization. After rigorous job searches, I landed a role as a Data Analyst with Ernst and Young. At EY, I work in the Assurance & Audit line, currently collaborating with GSA (German, Swiss, Austria) clients. I lead a team to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decisions, leveraging technologies such as Alteryx, Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Recently, my journey took a significant turn during my visit to the Indian School of Business (ISB). The experience of working and interacting with industry leaders was transformative. It deepened my understanding of data storytelling – the art of translating complex data into compelling narratives that drive business success. This experience at ISB enriched my perspective, enhancing my ability to create impactful stories from data.
