Rahul has worked across public and private sector organizations to drive performance and effectiveness outcomes. Rahul holds a Masters degree in Organization Development, Change and Leadership from TISS Mumbai and completed the ON THE MARK's 5-week MasterClass in Org Design. He is on the Advisory Board of the Organization Design Forum (ODF) and also a member of the European Org Design Forum (EODF) and the Organizational Design Community (ODC). Apart from Org Design, his interest includes dog training and hiking with his wife and daughter.
