With a Master's degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University and a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from UNSW, I have a strong academic background and a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems. As an IT Analyst at ENbridge IT Services, I support the development and maintenance of various IT systems and solutions for clients across different industries, using my skills in databases, MySQL, and C#. In my current role, I have contributed to the successful delivery of several projects, such as the implementation of a cloud-based CRM system for a large retail company, the optimization of a data warehouse for a financial institution, and the integration of an AI-powered chatbot for a healthcare provider. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of IT professionals, and I always seek to provide high-quality and innovative services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
