With over 16 years of pioneering experience in the TVET and Manufacturing industries, I am a seasoned Assessor, Trainer, and Internal Verifier (IQA) specializing in Mechanical Engineering. At the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education & Training Institute (ADVETI), I have played a key role in delivering high-quality international vocational training and development programs. My work involves leading training for prestigious bodies such as TAFE Australia, BTEC Pearson UK, NQC UAE , ensuring rigorous standards in assessment procedures, and developing comprehensive curricula in areas like Machining Technology, Welding, AutoCAD, and CNC. My expertise extends to managing multiple labs, including Robotics, Welding, 3D Printing, CNC, and CAD, and establishing a Maker Space (STEM Lab) to enhance students' practical learning experiences.
