Travel for free as a volunteer

I have traveled across India and abroad for four years, and all of it was absolutely free. Can you believe that?

Yes, I quit my job in 2016 and didn’t even have enough money to pay rent. So, I started volunteering. Volunteering not only allowed me to live for free but also to travel without spending a penny. I lived and traveled as a volunteer in Ladakh for 3 months, Goa and Manali for 2 months, Southeast Asia for 4 months, and many other places in India over those four years—paying not in money, but through service. It was one of the most fulfilling times of my life, simply traveling and living.
