👋🏽 Hi, my name is Raghul. 🎓 Master of Science in Information Systems Graduate(Dec 2022). 👨🏻‍💼 On top of my education, I worked for 2+ years as a Data Analyst at Freshworks. I was in charge of building ad hoc reports, and dashboards - tracking key SaaS metrics(SLA, CSAT, Churn rate, etc.) within GTM teams.
